Participants are expected to behave in a professional and respectful manner towards instructors and fellow participants. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the course without a refund. Use of Equipment

Participants are responsible for the proper use and care of any equipment provided by Sketch Media Academy. Any damage to equipment due to misuse or negligence will be charged to the participant. Attendance

Regular attendance is expected to gain the full benefit of the course. Sketch Media Academy is not responsible for any missed sessions and does not provide refunds or make-up classes for missed sessions. Intellectual Property Course Materials

All course materials provided by Sketch Media Academy, including but not limited to handouts, videos, and digital resources, are the intellectual property of Sketch Media Academy and are for personal use only. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or sell any course materials without prior written permission from Sketch Media Academy. Participant Work

Participants retain the rights to their own creative works produced during the course. However, Sketch Media Academy reserves the right to use photographs and videos of participants and their work for promotional purposes, unless explicitly stated otherwise by the participant. Liability Personal Property

Participants are responsible for their own health and safety during the course. Sketch Media Academy is not liable for any injuries sustained during the course.

Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be settled through mediation or arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Amendments Sketch Media Academy reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes prior to their implementation.
